We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Lines Insurance Producer who is passionate about sales and client success. In this role, you'll have a dedicated personal lines team from day one to handle service, renewals, and client support allowing you to focus your time and energy on prospecting, networking, and closing sales. • Conduct personalized consultations to understand and address clients personal insurance needs.
• Focus on new business development through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Collaborate with your assigned account manager to ensure seamless client onboarding and policy servicing.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to optimize client coverage.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.

• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum 3 years in an insurance office selling personal lines insurance.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Highly self‑motivated with the discipline to manage your own sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with account managers and agency leadership.
