A well-established, community-focused insurance organization is seeking an Insurance Small Business Account Manager to join its team in Moore, OK.

• Manage and service a book of Small Business Commercial Lines accounts
• Handle endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and day-to-day account servicing
• Coordinate renewal marketing activities and assist with new business submissions
• Prepare applications, gather underwriting information, and obtain supporting documentation
• Issue certificates of insurance, binders, auto , and related policy documents
• Review and remarket accounts when appropriate to ensure competitive coverage options
• Track audits, cancellations, loss runs, and other account activity
• Build strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal team members
• Stay current on carrier updates, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

• 2-3+ years of insurance account management experience
• Commercial Lines experience
• Active insurance license
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applied Epic, carrier portals, and insurance technology platforms preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented
