Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team, Account Managers, Directors and Vice President, Client Success to research and lead omnichannel marketing strategies and implementation plans for multiple client campaigns and map out tasks needed to implement those strategies.
  • Lead accounts that are considered enterprise accounts for 1st Degree and work directly with counterparts in the Moore organization.
  • Have P&L responsibility for managed accounts.
  • May have 1-3 team members as direct reports with roll up responsibility for their projects.
  • Ensure clients and management are satisfied with proposed marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate client meetings and collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, digital vendors, and others to create integrated marketing content.
  • Conceptualize, create, and manage a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  • Contribute to marketing campaign budgets and ensure that all staff adhere to them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of work experience in an agency setting, managing marketing and advertising. Experience working with a non-profit organization will be considered.
  • Experience in directing and leading a team to create, guide, and align a messaging strategy across all communications including, but not limited to website and social media, public and media relations, internal communications, and program collateral.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university.
  • Knowledge and background in full suite of marketing tactics to include digital, advertising creation and placement, creative development.
  • Must be comfortable working for an agency.
  • Understanding of the principles of fundraising and communications for nonprofits is highly desired.
  • Must possess strong financial management capabilities.
  • Must be able to multitask, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized and able to consistently manage 5+ projects and multiple clients at a time.
