Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Mercy Hospital? Join our dedicated team working night shifts, where your expertise in critical care nursing will shine. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive, individualized patient care while adhering to established standards.

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 for experienced RNs (1 year +)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Nights, 36 hours per week
• Location: Mercy Hospital - W Memorial Rd
• Unit: ICU
• Note: New graduates are not being considered at this time.

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will:

• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Utilize theoretical concepts to guide your decision-making in practice.
• Provide nursing care across all phases of care in the ICU.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN License.
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified (must be current before independent patient care). NIHSS certification required within the first three months for new unit nurses.
• Other: Complete hospital and unit-specific nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually thereafter.
