Job Description :

The Hourly Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific shift in a restaurant or retail establishment. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, and that customers are satisfied with their experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees during a specific shift
• Ensure that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing employees
• Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation procedures are followed
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail establishment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
