The Lot Associate assists customers with loading of their vehicles and monitors and maintains the entrance of the store. They are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers, and customer service plays a vital role as the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with loading of their vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain the entrance of the store.
- Maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store.
- Interact with Home Depot associates and customers; provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interact directly with customers as part of daily responsibilities.
