Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
- Prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and preparing rotisserie chicken; assist with wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness.
- Support customers and help them have a great shopping experience; balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized prepared foods area; ensure proper temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality products.
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food; maintain a safe, sanitized, and customer-ready area.
- Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; and be flexible to work in other areas as needed. - Be an Expert:
Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal productions; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance; manage stocking and rotation; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Model high-quality service and products; maintain energy, commitment, and passion for the work. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy; apply these in everyday business processes.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvements and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be paid in certain circumstances. See benefits and compensation information for details.
