• Customer Service – Assist customers while maintaining a fast pace throughout the store.
• Execute pricing and signage – Quickly update shelf and merchandise prices.
• Replenish and restock – Pull and prepare merchandise to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Work with teammates to unload trucks and prepare items in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Online  pickup – Fulfill orders placed online.
• Merchandise strategy – Execute leadership plans for product placement with efficiency and detail.
• Participate in learning – Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise and business processes.
