Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced contracts professional to lead proposal development, negotiations, contract execution, and closeout of classified programs within the Multi-Domain Combat Systems (MDCS) market segment under the MIC2 line of business. This mid-level position will be responsible for contractual oversight of classified programs located in Moorestown, NJ. Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration.
Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives.
Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company.
Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience operating in classified environments and managing classified programs
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex, high-value contracts and amendments with government and industry partners
- Skilled at building and maintaining trusted relationships with contracting officers and other external stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of contract closeout processes and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Teams Applications
- FAR/DFARS experience
- Active Secret Clearance and ability to be on site
