Your leadership in phased array test operations will ensure the technical compliance and reliability of critical radar systems, directly contributing to the advancement of national security and the success of our customers.

THE WORK
• Serve as a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) for phased array test operations in production.
• Candidate will aim to lead test methodology development, execution, and analysis to ensure technical compliance, optimize efficiency, and maintain product quality standards.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Will work with management and test operations teams in the development and deployment of new cutting edge test platforms.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with 15 years or more relevant experience

Functional knowledge of Phased Array antennas, radar subsystems, and related test platforms

Functional knowledge of and experience working in anechoic and antenna test chambers

Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams including task planning, budget management and/or employee development and mentoring

Proven ability to resolve and drive complex technical issues/challenges to closure

Strong customer focus with track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction

Desired Skills Extensive knowledge of linux based test platforms

Competancy in software engineering platforms such as C++, Matlab, Labview, and Python Integration and Test experience with analog and digital Phased Array Radar systems in a Near-field and / or Compact Antenna Range (CATR) environment

Experience with microwave  and signal processing test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Oscilloscopes Knowledge of Risk Management Framework enviroments and secure networking & IT infrastructure Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
