THE WORKManufacturing / Industrial Engineering Role:
• Support the Moorestown Manufacturing Operations work centers with performance & efficiency reporting, cycle time reduction, ergonomics, Environmental Safety & Health considerations, and other productivityimprovements.
• Improve product flow, make recommendations with respect to methods and assembly process in a team environment applying Lean and 6 Sigma principles.
• Lead/support varying scale projects across all manufacturing areas including but not limited to various large scale facility upgrades, new building construction/outfitting, crane implementation/retrofits, and equipment installs (automation, finishing, and process).
• Support Manufacturing Engineering evaluations forspace requirements, factory layouts, capital equipment, capacity, and related initiatives.
• Perform cost evaluations and prepare business cases/need justifications.
• Support proposal development / White Paper preparations for new business development.
• Provide Solumina/MES system and database support as required.

Job Description Performs in a collaborative environment to develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. Drives adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. Creates and analyzes 3D based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process and digital work instructions.

Leverages understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence.
