We are conducting a confidential search for an NHA in the vicinity of Mooresville, IN to serve a nursing home in need of solid leadership that can continue to obtain regulatory excellence for a faciity that will be supported by an experienced and helpful Regional Operations and Clinical team.

Compensation for this confidential position is very generous, and is in the six figures; additionally, there is a generous quarterly bonus based on traditionally obtainable metrics.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a nursing home Administrator
• Current NHA licensure or eligibility to obtain reciprocity
• Expert understanding of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and the applicable state and federal regulations that govern the operation of skilled nursing homes
• Ability to work successfully with diverse staff and resident population
• Proven leadership and communication skills
