Production​/Shipping Associate

Playing a pivotal role in Capital Adhesives’ success, the production team is dedicated to delivering top-tier products to our customers. As a member of the production team, you will contribute significantly to the manufacturing process, ensuring the consistent quality and timely production of our products.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for the production of the company’s products within specified standards and guidelines, ensuring efficient machine operation. Sets up production machines daily, operates them to produce finished goods, and manipulates controls to minimize waste. Inspects finished goods for flaws, promptly reporting any issues to management. Monitors and inspects the production process, reports malfunctions and maintains an adequate supply of operating materials.

Produces portables, packages, and repacks finished goods as needed. Documents daily production activities and follows safety procedures in accordance with approved training and QMS standards. May assist with shipping and perform other related duties as assigned.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:Forklift Certified, high school diploma or GED. Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 65 lbs. Team oriented. Detail-oriented and can work without direct supervision exhibiting good time management. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
