Job Overview

We are looking for a Charged Nurse to provide high‑quality nursing care for patients on our unit. The Role carries responsibility for nursing care of the patients on your shift, supervising direct resident care personnel, and ensuring thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record.

• Currently licensed and registered to practice as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana.
• Successfully complete pre‑employment process and screening.
• Pass the physical examination required for gainful employment at the facility.
• Professional manner and appearance.

• Nursing policies and procedures.
• Administration of medication, possible side effects, treatment administration, local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to resident care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices.
• Physical, psychological, social and medical needs of residents.
• Organizational structure and duties of employees under supervision of unit manager.

• Competent in supervision and leadership.
• Caring attitude.
• Observant.
• Foster and maintain a good working relationship with other staff.
• Good judgement and emotional stability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

$28.00‑$41.88/hr
