We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. This is a part‑time nursing case, requiring 1 hour of care on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Perfect for someone looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful difference.
What You’ll Do- Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Clinical Case Manager
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress
- Support patients and families with education and care guidance
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment
