Overview

Carrols owns and operates more than 1,000 Burger King restaurants. We hire great people to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be part of a fast-paced team that serves burgers and helps customers have it their way.

What does a Team Member do?

• Serves burgers to customers
• Welcomes customers, takes accurate orders, and processes payments at the cash register
• Maintains cleanliness in restrooms, dining area, and kitchen to meet safety and health standards

Our stores are busy, and Team Members work as a team in a fast-paced environment to keep guests satisfied. Your responsibilities include packaging food and drinks and ensuring the restaurant is clean and compliant with health and safety standards. You may occasionally answer questions or resolve issues to keep customers happy.

• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, operate point-of-sale equipment, and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
• Package food and drinks and ensure the restaurant is clean and organized

• You must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team

• Remain on your feet for several hours at a time
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing
• Ability to read and communicate effectively
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching
