Maintain the general facility including buildings and grounds. Building components include HVAC units, lighting, air compressors, plumbing, pest control, electrical, and mechanical.

• Perform all preventive maintenance and clean-up to buildings and grounds except those which are contracted on a formal schedule.
• Perform repair and installation of office lighting, office furniture and electrical circuits.
• Maintain Compounding Area piping and operating equipment.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of: plumbing, roofs, air compressors, HVAC units, boilers.
• Perform minor office construction as required.
• Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions and provide vendor supervision as required.
• Perform required safety inspections.
• Perform job duties to appropriate SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.

2-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent
