Hours & Pay- Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Part-time, flexible 15-20 hours per week
- Employment Type: Temporary

Daily Tasks- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processing through ADP
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant financial records
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and internal reports
- Submit required North Carolina annual reports and estimated tax payments
- Prepare and distribute annual tax documents, including W-2s and 1099-NEC/MISC
- Compile annual financial organizer materials for external CPAs
- Serve as the primary contact for bookkeeping questions and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency across all financial data
- 3+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Quick Books experience required
- Payroll processing and reconciliation experience
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines independently and communicate clearly
- Proven integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information
- Experience with nonprofit or faith-based organizations is a plus, but not required
