Your ImpactThe primary purpose of this role is to support the success and growth of the digital marketplace business by providing in‑depth research, analysis, and actionable insights related to seller performance, marketplace operations, and customer engagement. You will conduct internal and external benchmarking, review and interpret seller and customer data, and deliver recommendations that drive improvement across the seller experience and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do- Drive the execution of operational plans by designing tactical steps to achieve digital commerce segment goals.
- Close gaps with competitors and exceed customer expectations by executing plans derived from identified business opportunities.
- Develop and execute work plans with digital commerce and cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely completion and raising risks and issues that could cause delays.
- Provide insights, competitive intelligence, and data‑driven recommendations to managers to define business value and drive improvement action.
- Maintain cross‑functional partnership with various teams throughout the organization.
- Present to key stakeholders on project and campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities.
- Assist a larger team and may be asked to coach or develop less experienced members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations.
- Experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience in retail.
