Summaryof Responsibilities
Business Development Manager focuses on building long‑term revenue and profit for the Lowe’s account, with a primary focus on one or more brands and retail marketing strategies execution. Must possess strong ownership, urgency and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. Facilitates internal and external communication and turns data into actionable insights.
Key Job Responsibilities- Develop account strategy and execute a tactical plan to drive profitable growth
- Ensure key deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met to support retail execution
- Build relationships with customer for long‑term account sustainability
- Analyze POS, event results, and related metrics to evaluate and refine strategies/tactics
- Interface directly with Lowe’s to achieve sales/margin/inventory objectives
- Place new and existing products through product line reviews, launches, road maps
- Work closely with brand and product management to maintain a robust multiyear product roadmap, focusing on expanding into new categories, technologies and products
- Collaborate with Lowe’s/Chervon corporate marketing teams to develop point‑of‑purchase materials needed to support sales plans (e.g., endcaps, side stacks, banners, POP)
- Own all Lowe’s store/show events in terms of coordination, design and execution of timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3‑7 years of experience in retail / big‑box account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Significant understanding of sales forecasting, fiscal management, merchandising strategies, packaging and marketing content development
- Excellent business management and developmental skills
- Prior experience leading teams

Will have direct reports for both Key Accounts and Retail Marketing.
TravelRequires up to 25% travel, some weekend events, international travel.
Location:
Mooresville, NC.
Professional office, retail and outdoor environments as well as virtual work. Expect to work 3‑5 days per week in the office and 0‑2 days per week remotely when not traveling.
