Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to lead, assess, support/design, implement, and roll out supply chain initiatives that support supply chain teams with driving business results. Through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements, the role supports day‑to‑day supply chain operations, including sales, service, technology, omni‑channel, and store communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain improvement tools and processes with limited guidance from the Supply Chain Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize and analyze field feedback and reporting to provide recommendations for process improvement and projects to field leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage timely execution of projects across supply chain, from development to implementation.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation to identify ROI, current/future state, and cost savings.
  • Interpret reporting and develop actionable performance recommendations that are distributed to key stakeholders.
  • Provide real‑time information and guidance to supply chain requiring assistance with day‑to‑day procedural questions.
  • Analyze post‑project feedback to provide continuous improvement solutions.
  • Manage projects by building the project plan and ensuring on‑target and timely delivery of the desired output and integration.
  • Solve complex business problems by performing competitive and market analysis, utilizing subject‑matter experts both internally and externally where needed.
  • Enhance and develop associate‑facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Review, approve, and publish policies, procedures, and processes for new store initiatives, and execute the process of documenting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • Four years of related industry experience in Installation, Repair, or US Home Improvement.
  • Four years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including Gantt Chart design and development.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Four years of experience in a Store Operations role (emphasis in Install and/or Repair Industry experience).
  • Two years of experience with Service Provider Management Tools such as Service Bench, Mappoint/Power Map, and Call Scheduling/Dispatch.
  • Two years of experience with Service Provider Capacity Management.
