This is an onsite position

The Product Manager supports new product strategy and commercialization across a portfolio of brand and private label retail customers for the Company. This position makes an immediate impact with diverse experience across VMS and OTC customers. The Associate Product Manager is a member of the cross‑functional team and supports new product launches through project management, product development, claims support, packaging/label design, and marketing & sampling coordination activities.

• Lead internal cross‑functional teams across Research & Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Regulatory to deliver fast paced, highly incremental innovation growth.
• Partner with external sales teams, product managers, contract customers and retailers on launch of new products including product development, cost optimization, shelf‑life validation, claims development, document development, and packaging/label design.
• Ensure coordination and execution of all required steps to bring a new product from ideation to commercialization, including setting up the product in various systems, complete batch records, bills of materials, and required customer numbers.
• Secure forecasts and input in SAP; collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure sales execution against orders and requested delivery dates.
• Manage several projects, develop plans, coordinate timelines, and manage multi‑functional tasks to achieve project goals on time.
• Work with sales teams to build and enhance selling tools and stories to sell‑in close and new platforms to customers.
• Identify customer‑specific product opportunities through customer analyses, point‑of‑sales data, trends, and consumer insights.
• Assist sales team in building business case and strategic rationale for pursuing new innovations.
• Coordinate marketing projects, customer samples, trade shows, and prepare for customer visits.
• Handle other ad‑hoc requirements based on business needs.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate combination of education and work experience.
• 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or innovation in the consumer products industry.
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment; ability to build structures and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); pivot tables a plus.
• Analytical skills to analyze data and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas with customers, peers, and leadership, and provide reports verbally and in written format.

• Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Professional product management experience in the consumer or nutraceutical products industry.
