Currently, we're on the move and expanding we're looking for a digital asset media specialist that has the desire to work in a year-long apprenticeship to eventually land the position of digital media portfolio managing partner.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Podcast and Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling podcast content, recruiting new podcasters to join our network, and strategically distributing content through our partnership with ERPN/Radio Linx. The ideal candidate is passionate about the podcasting industry, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is motivated to drive performance and revenue through sponsor ships.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop and produce high-quality podcast episodes that align with the network's brand and target audience.
  • Conduct interviews, research topics, and create engaging narratives to captivate listeners.

Podcaster Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit talented individuals to become podcasters on our network.
  • Provide guidance and support to new podcasters, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Utilize the ERPN/Radio Linx Partnership to strategically distribute podcast content to a wider audience.
  • Optimize content for various platforms and leverage analytics to enhance reach and engagement.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing podcasters on the network.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for podcasters, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support.

Performance Metrics:

  • Set and track performance metrics related to content quality, listener engagement, and recruitment goals.
  • Implement strategies to continually improve key performance indicators.

Sponsorship Agreements:

  • Actively seek and secure sponsorship opportunities for podcasts within the network.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sponsorship packages.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is based on performance and sponsorship agreements. A base salary will be provided, and additional incentives will be offered based on meeting or exceeding performance metrics and securing successful sponsor ships.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in podcast content creation and production.

  • Experience with distribution platforms and analytics.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance and revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with ERPN/Radio Linx Partnership is a plus.
