The Product Manager supports new product strategy and commercialization across a portfolio of brand and private label retail customers for the Company. This position makes an immediate impact with diverse service experience across VMS and OTC customers. The Associate Product Manager is a member of the cross‑functional team and supports new product launches through project management, product development, claims support, packaging/label design, and marketing & sampling coordination activities.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Lead internal cross-functional teams across Research & Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Regulatory to deliver fast paced, highly incremental innovation growth, with customer management support responsibilities.
- Partner тал external sales teams, product managers, contract customers and retailers on launch of new products including product development, cost optimization, shelf-life validation, claims development, document development, and packaging/label design. This includes coordinating Development Quotes (DQs) and NPD Timelines, questionnaires, complete product specifications, COGS and pricing, stability data, all samples, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Quality Assurance (QA), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audit reports, Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA), lab test results, item features, and benefits.
