Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Our locations span a nationwide footprint and offer diverse pedagogical approaches, including proprietary Links to Learning curriculum, accredited Montessori methods (AMI and AMS), and progressive language immersion in Mandarin and Spanish.

Chesterbrook Academy seeks an enthusiastic Intermediate Lead Teacher to join our growing preschool community. Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

• Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover.
• Design hands‑on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond.
• Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration.
• Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA, NC Early Childhood Education Credential, or degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
