Compensation
Pay Range:$65,000-$75,000 Per Year
Job Description:This is a hybrid role located in the Mooresville, NC area, offering full-time employment.
The role focuses on ensuring adherence to tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal audit protocols.
Ideal candidates should have a background in finance and accounting, with experience in using general office software and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns and statutory obligations.
- Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with teams on compliance risk and regulatory exposure matters.
- Manage accounting tasks and reconciliations to support financial close processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field required.
- 2-3 years of experience in Audit & Tax within industry or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
- Proficient in general office software, especially spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
