* Outpatient/Pelvic Floor Specialist Certification Required*
Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassesses patient’s progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

EducationBachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
ExperienceOne or more years’ experience is preferred. Familiarity with Joint Commission and other hospital regulatory agency standards and regulations.
Degrees, Licensures, CertificationsPhysical Therapist Licensure as required by the State of North Carolina. BLS Required.
