Nowell Care at Home is looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide compassionate in-home care and support to our clients. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to supervisors
- PCA Certification (or willingness to complete training)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
