Pay:
Weekly, starting at $19/hr sign‑on bonus: $500 ($200 on hire, $300 after 30 days).

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with American Sign Language (ASL) to join a team providing one‑on‑one care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

• Assist with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Engage clients in hobbies and activities they enjoy.
• Support meal preparation and other everyday tasks.
• Participate in community integration activities.

• One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (training available through our apprentice program).
• Proficiency in American Sign Language; fluency is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Competitive pay starting at $19/hr with weekly pay schedule.
• Flexible scheduling: part‑time and various shifts.
• Mon - Thurs 3pm - 8pm.
• Weekend 12‑hour shifts Fri - Sun (shifts may be split).
• Must be located in NC.
