In-Home Caregiver

Location:

S. Charlotte / N. Charlotte

Flexible scheduling available (Part-time, Full-time and weekend positions available)

$150 SIGN-ON BONUS for eligible candidates!

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and leisure activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and running errands.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or a related field preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in challenging situations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.
