Senior Product Manager – Tech Services

Base pay: $/yr – $/yr

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Tech Services team. This role will help shape and guide the future of our technology services, overseeing the development and execution of our product strategy and ensuring our services meet customer needs.

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to align business and customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging user experience insights to drive product development and enhancements.
• Lead the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the IT Project Management team to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Utilize hands‑on proficiency with SQL and API testing to ensure technical feasibility and performance of services.
• Leverage deep understanding of SaaS and integrations to create innovative and efficient solutions for customers.
• Drive customer success by developing and implementing strategies to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly review and analyze product performance, using data‑driven insights to inform decision making and strategic planning.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a product management role within the B2B industry.
• Proven experience managing and delivering large‑scale IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing, and integrations.
• Exceptional customer success and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
