The Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance & Strategic Transactions will serve as a legal advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional teams on a wide range of corporate legal matters. This is a hands-on role that is focused on ensuring compliance with corporate governance best practices, managing M&A transactions from inception through integration, and providing counsel on securities law, corporate structuring, and strategic initiatives.

Lowe’s offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, consisting of a base salary, target bonus, and an annual equity grant.

This role is based in Mooresville, NC (near Charlotte) and requires five days per week in-office.

This is a national search, and the Company will assist with relocation costs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience practicing law in a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department, with strong public company securities compliance, corporate governance, and M&A experience.
