The LPS Manager, Inventory Operations and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end inventory strategies that align with company strategic initiatives. This role oversights coordination, planning, execution, and communication of all related strategies, ensuring successful implementation across the business.
Job Responsibilities- Partner with the Director, Inventory Planning & Replenishment to execute on strategic direction for inventory planning.
- Execute on strategies that support promotional, seasonal entry/exit, and overall flow plans/policies that meet financial objectives.
- Provide independent analysis of inventory reporting and make recommendations.
- Ensure day-to-day cross‑functional alignment and execution of inventory strategies and tactical plans.
- Coach and mentor associates to develop talent within the team.
- Deliver consistent reporting and communication of actions to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5‑7 Years of experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, demand planning, replenishment, or a related field.
- 1‑2 Years experience leading teams directly or indirectly.
- Master’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
