• Moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment. All transferring must be performed with a high degree of accuracy and accountability and in accordance with established standard processes and procedures. Focus on safety.
• Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, and policies.
• Effectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service to internal and external customers on a daily basis.
• Assist others in daily assignments and work within a team to build good relationships.
• Ensure that assignments are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform daily inspection of forklifts.
• Support SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (e.g., Pick list, PGI).

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience on a stand-up or reach lift is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move heavy loads with a pallet jack.
• Must be able to complete Material Order Forms.
• Ability to read and interpret Job Dockets.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others; flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed.

• Starting rate $20.79 per hour plus $1.00 extra for night shift.
• Eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases.

Forklift Driver available shift: 6:30PM to 6:30AM on a 2-2-3 shift.
