6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (2-2-3 shift)

• Operate lift truck to move and transfer materials in a high-volume production environment.
• Perform daily forklift inspections, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support SAP functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., pick list, PGI).
• Assist teammates in daily assignments and promote a teamwork culture.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments while following plant and company procedures.
• Maintain focus on safety, following critical safety rules and standards of conduct.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers on a daily basis.

• Minimum two years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience operating a stand‑up or reach lift.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move heavy loads with a pallet jack and material order forms.
• Read and interpret job dockets and material order forms accurately.
• Independent work style combined with strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work overtime, off shifts, and on weekends as required.

• Starting rate $20.79 per hour plus $1.00 extra for night shift.
