• Pay Range: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Shift: 2nd, 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM

• Run assigned mechanical equipment.
• Ensure produced items pass quality control requirements.
• Perform moderately advanced troubleshooting of equipment and make adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, if applicable.
• Use moderately advanced measuring instruments.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area).
• Follow all safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to interpret work instructions.
• Proficient in following written and verbal directions.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Intermediate use of required gauging instruments.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in handling complex issues and problems.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of the subject matter.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Required to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending and stooping required.
• Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
• Must be able to work in noisy environments.
