- Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced beverage facility.
- Ensure all equipment operates at proper production standards
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery promptly
- Collaborate with multiple departments on training, diagnostics, and production support
- Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed
- Utilize maintenance software to track repairs and logs
- Assist in operating equipment and cross-train in other departments
- Perform Preventive Maintenance during scheduled shutdowns
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and documentation
- Work safely with industrial gases, oils, lubricants, and mechanical fluids (CO2, Nitrogen, Oxygen, line lube, machine oils)
- Provide your own basic mechanical tools and toolbox
- Report directly to the Maintenance Manager
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- Seamer experience (preferred)
- Electrical or hydraulic background (a plus)
- Ability to communicate clearly with all departments
- High attention to detail
- Basic math, reading, writing, and typing skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties including standing, crawling, reaching, and climbing
