• Ensure proper packaging material is available to match production schedule
• Inspect product for quality defects
• Package product according to specifications
• Stack fully packaged product on pallets and wrap full pallets according to specifications and identify with proper ticket
• Communicate packaging and quality problems to leadership
• Count, weigh, and report scrap
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures
• Ensure work area is clean and orderly

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (complete cGMP SOP training, email use)

• Repetitively lift 35 lbs. – 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Strong time management, teamwork, problem solving, and organization skills
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written, with internal staff and management.
• Available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

• 1 year machine operator experience
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• FDA Experience
• Certified Production Technician through NCMI
• Technical and/or system knowledge level (basic, intermediate, advanced, mastery).
