- $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments after 90 and 180 days of employment.

Build something that matters. MSI Defense Solutions is hiring experienced Welders to join our growing team at our five-building campus in Mooresville, North Carolina. Your craftsmanship will support meaningful defense industry work serving our warfighters and allies.
In this hands-on role, you'll read blueprints, prepare and fit materials, and weld and fabricate metal components using a variety of tools and equipment. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented fabricators who take pride in quality work, prioritize safety, and work well with others.
What you'll bring:
- Preferably 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience with steel, chromoly, and aluminum
- Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Experience with fabrication equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to achieve required weld certifications
Applicants must meet U.S. citizenship requirements and be able to obtain a security clearance if required.
