We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mooresville, NC
. The Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist, is responsible for implementing innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. Duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports, and overseeing the company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity. They also coordinate on‑site events, assist HR with employee incentive programs to increase engagement, and coordinate off‑site events to grow community partnerships.

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Liaise with creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
• Discover effective marketing channels, including media platforms to relay product messages.
• Investigate performance of marketing campaigns through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Create innovative campaigns based on data and present recommendations to management.
• Maintain all new and existing social media accounts.
• Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate channels.
• Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
• Work with HR to develop employee incentive programs and internal marketing strategy.
