Description

The Registered Nurse prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates the assessment, planning,
implementation and evaluation of patient care to provide optimal quality care, consistent with the hospital’s mission and nursing philosophy, objectives, and standards. Has full access to patient health information.

SCHEDULE: M-F 7a-4p

LOCATION:
Surgery Center on Bluefield Road, 653 Bluefield Dr, Mooresville, NC

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in North Carolina. Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Successful completion of a hospital and unit-specific orientation which includes age and population specific skills for the area of practice in which the RN will be working and addresses the growth and development needs for the patients for whom the RN will be providing nursing care.
• Working knowledge of practice computer systems and equipment.
• Prefer at least three years related experience preferably in an operating room setting.
• Ability to make decisions independently and to resolve problems/conflicts in an effective manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
