Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full-service healthcare management organization with 35 years of experience providing dialysis services throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dialysis team.

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to clients of the unit.
• Render highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Act as Team Lead when necessary in work assignments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to each patient’s age/developmental status.
• Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Perform frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
