- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Perform other essential duties necessary for operating the restaurant.
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume fast‑service locations.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience also acceptable.
- Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
