Overview

The primary responsibility of a Stock Team Member is to assist with freight flow process, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This position requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency.

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assemble product, execute markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during shifts.
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat co-workers and customers with respect and professionalism; support company branding by adhering to dress code.
• Demonstrate support for company initiatives.
• Ensure shipment is processed in an effective and timely manner during every shift.
• Maintain a professional, positive, can‑do attitude at all times.

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results‑oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Schedule flexibility to meet store business needs (often early mornings and off hours).
• Lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Climb ladders.
• Lifting, stooping, bending, climbing and lifting to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor regularly.
