The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports the operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers and provides customer service in the deli department. This role helps keep shelves stocked and contributes to a positive shopping experience for members.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, and ensuring items are signed and priced correctly; complete required audits and documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling policies, equipment operation and sanitation, cold chain procedures, cleaning, and reporting issues to Management.
• Contribute to a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of all job trainings and assessments if selected
