Retail Scan Associate (Mooresville, NC 28115)

Permanent part‑time position (8–9 hours per week, 52 weeks a year).

• Conduct in‑store data collection at assigned local retailers each week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use the mobile app to scan product barcodes throughout the store, including displays, aisles, and end caps.
• Provide quantity information for approximately 45% of scanned products.
• Complete full-display scanning of each store on a weekly basis, which typically requires several hours.
• Participate in “custom projects” when requested, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver accurate, quality‑driven data to clients.
• Report to the assigned store within the described deadline.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and independent work style while ensuring physical readiness for endurance on feet.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand as required.
• Capacity to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi access and basic tech savviness.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
