Retail Associate

Are you friendly, dependable, and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are looking for a part time Retail Assoicate to join our growing team!

• Assist customers with shipping through UPS, Fed Ex and USPS
• Process package drop-offs, returns, and mailbox services
• Operate digital printers, copiers, laminators, and finishing equipment
• Create and process print orders including business cards, flyers, banners, and more
• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong customer service skills
• Computer experience required
• Printing experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work Saturdays

• Morning Shift : 9am-2pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3pm-6pm
• weekends (Saturday): 11am - 4pm

Pay: $12- $15 per hour
