• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Provide professional, upbeat consultations to customers
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and company policies
• Ensure compliance with all company and legal requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, open/close the business, and complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7+ hours per day)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $10–$15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission).
