Qwest Electric LLC is actively seeking a dependable and experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects in the Mooresville, NC area. In this leadership role, you'll manage crews, direct job site operations, and uphold our reputation for quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates will bring field experience and a commitment to learning 'the Qwest way'—a hands‑on, straightforward approach to top‑tier electrical contracting.

• Lead commercial and industrial crews on job sites throughout Mooresville and surrounding areas.
• Interpret and execute project plans, schematics, and blueprints in accordance with NEC and local codes.
• Ensure safe, timely, and code‑compliant electrical installations.
• Manage labor, tools, materials, and job site safety with efficiency and foresight.
• Act as the point of contact between the field and project management.
• Foster a team‑oriented environment by mentoring journeymen and apprentices.
• Identify and resolve job site challenges quickly and effectively.
• Document job progress and communicate updates to leadership.

• Hands‑on experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and electrical layouts.
• Leadership skills and a strong desire to teach and support others.
• Strong understanding of NEC and local code compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with field‑based technology for reporting and scheduling.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No specific license required – just proven experience and a willingness to grow.
