• Operate machinery and equipment for site preparation and installation.
• Assist with grading, compacting, and base layer setup.
• Support turf and track installation crews as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Load and unload materials and tools at job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or athletic surface installation preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools usage.
• Familiarity with base grading techniques and ability to follow grade specifications.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions including heat and humidity.
• Capable of standing, kneeling, squatting, and bending for extended periods.
• Must be prepared for frequent travel that can last for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to meet the crew or job site.
